Terms and Conditions
All orders we accept are subject to our terms and conditions unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by FINELINE CIRCUITS INC. herein referred to as Fineline and the customer as Customer. These terms and conditions supersede all others – even if THE CUSTOMER'S say they supersede ours.
Delivery Terms

Fineline will provide a reasonable estimate of the delivery date to customer when the Customer provides a Purchase Order. Fineline shall take reasonable steps to meet the delivery estimate, however circumstances beyond the control of the Company can cause additional unexpected delays. Customer shall not be entitled to cancel or change the terms of its Purchase Order arising from such delays unless such delays are caused by negligence of Fineline.

The clock does not start until we have a complete and accurate kit (Purchase Order, pertinent files and documents). Placed orders are not guaranteed to be accepted by Fineline until it passes our engineering review AND your account is in good standing.

All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from issuance.

Our terms are F.O.B. Feasterville, Pa 19053.
PAYMENT

Customer first order must be pre-paid via a credit card. Fineline accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There will be additional charges for processing credit cards. Fineline charges your card on the day we ship your product.

Applications for credit terms are subject to Fineline's approval and will be considered based on customer order history and Fineline evaluation of customer credit application. The application process typically takes between a few days and a few weeks, depending on how accessible your references and financial information is. A credit application may be obtained by calling (215) 364-3311.

Payment terms on all sales and quotations are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Any invoice not paid by maturity date of net thirty days from the date of invoice customer shall pay interest from maturity date to date of payment at the annual percentage rate of 18% (or such lower rate as may be maximum allowable by law) together with Seller’s costs of collection (including reasonable attorney’s fees).

Canceled orders: Customer is liable for the cost of parts that have been purchased or expenses that have been incurred prior to canceling an order. Cancellations will only be agreed to by Fineline on condition that all cost and expenses incurred by Fineline up to the time of cancellation and all loss of profits and other loss or damage resulting to Fineline by reason of such cancellation will be paid forthwith by the Customer to Fineline. Customer will also pay Fineline cost of collection including reasonable attorney fees.

FINELINE shall not be responsible for any fees related to transfer of funds for outstanding invoices
Shipping
Fineline use UPS as our standard carrier and if customer would like to request other shipping arrangements or charge customershipping account, let Fineline know prior to the start of your job. Shipment terms are FOB Origin, unless otherwise quoted or agreedupon by both parties. FINELINE shall not be liable for damage or mishandling by the freight forwarder in the event of damage to assets.Fineline offices are open and staffed Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped only on these business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturday and Sunday will be addressed/shipped on the following Monday and included in that day’s business.
International destinations will incur additional shipping and handling fees based on the size of the order.
WARRANTY AND FINELINE’S LIABILITY
Fineline’s sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 30 days of invoicing will be for replacement or refund at the discretion of Fineline Circuits. Fineline gives no warranty; either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Fineline Circuit's liability exceed the customer’s purchase price, nor shall Fineline Circuits be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested.
